GTA 6 hacker suspect pleads not guilty

The suspected GTA 6 hacker recently appeared at a specialist London youth court and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He denies using his mobile phone to hack into different companies, including Rockstar.

As reported by Bloomberg Law, prosecutor Valeria Benjamin states that the boy used a mobile phone he “didn’t have permission to have” to hack into companies. As part of this, the youth was also “holding them to ransom” to gain access back to their own software.

Of course, this was the teenager who was arrested by the City of London Police in Oxfordshire last week. The youth was charged with two counts of computer misuse and two counts of breach of bail conditions. He was previously arrested earlier this year for hacking Microsoft and Nvidia. The young man is also said to be associated with a hacking group called “Lapsus$.”

It’s unknown how long it will take for the outcome of this legal battle.
